Takeaways from the Book 'Power vs Force'

Power vs Force by David Hawkins

The book explains the connection between behavior and consciousness. I think it is a unique book that explains interesting ideas about consciousness and the determinants of human behavior. I highly recommend to read it. Here, I listed some of my lessons from the book.

Kinesiology is a positive or negative muscle reaction to the emotions or objects. With this method, the author weights human emotions and creates a consciousness map with certain calibration scales in a range of 0 to 1000.
  • If the emotion level is lower than 200 such as Shame is 20, Fear is 100, Anger is 150, they become a Force that describes negative and low energy level emotions.
  • Positive energy starts from 200, which is a Courage, Acceptance is 350, Joy is 520, and Peace is 600, and they are Power

Power and Force
  • Power gives energy, support, a positive attitude, and unifies people to do good. If one has a higher scale in Power, he may have a higher positive influence on others.
  • Power wins, Force does not succeed. Force creates counter-resistance, and it is a win-lose dichotomy that if you want to win the others must lose.
  • Power makes us strong, and Force makes us weak. To be energetic and motivated, we have to have high energy emotions. This comes through feeling, thinking, and acting positively.
  • The object that contains Power sources has an attraction pattern. If the object (person, book, idea, scholar, etc.) is more associated with power sources and targeted into a good and service for others, it has attraction energy. People genuinely accept certain ideas or concepts for a long time because of their strong attraction patters.
  • Joy comes from Power. Force provides satisfaction only, and it does not stay long.

Conclusion

Feel good, do good, try to smile, and have a positive attitude. They will change you, give you power and encouragement, and provide a positive influence on others. People like you, accept your genuine ideas and efforts, imitate your good actions and learn from your righteous practices.

   Thank you for reading!
