   This book gives motivation and a positive attitude to improve oneself. It highlights the importance of self-discipline, persistent training, and proper focus on the task. I recommend reading this book.

   Here, I listed my lessons from this book.
  1. Having a purpose is essential in life. Lack of purpose or not having one makes one's life meaningless.
  2. Be persistent in your mental, physical, and emotional training. To elevate yourself on the way of your higher goals, you need to spend enough time, be disciplined and mentally strong in your activities.
  3. Win first in your mind. The mind is your first premise to win before action.
  4. What is your Passion, Principle, Purpose (3Ps), and the One thing that you want to do? Know them and always try to reach and refine them. 
  5. Breathing technique: Inhale 5 seconds, hold 5 seconds, exhale 5 seconds, and hold 5 seconds.
  6. What is your 'Why'? Asking 'Why?' can help you to start working or working harder on your tasks at hand
  7. Outcomes are the results of our small choices. Small steps lead to big results.
