The Power of Positive Thinking

I found this book inspiring. The book teaches how to be positive and motivated in front of the difficulties of life. Here, I tried to extract some lessons that we can benefit from them.
My takeaways from this book are:
- Get confidence by believing in God. Trust Him and have faith that He is taking care of you and all of your affairs. A belief provides relief from problems and builds confidence.
- Find a peaceful mind by emptying your mind. Be with yourself, do not absorb everything around you, do not rush to something, live with your natural pace.
- Chose to be happy. When we wake up every morning, it is our choice to be happy or unhappy. Say out loud I am happy today and this day will be a wonderful day.
- Slow down. If your day is full of must-do things, it is better to slow down. Stop for a while, put aside everything in your mind for a few minutes then look at yourself, and stay calm. Take a break from everything 5-10 minutes a day. This exercise gives calmness and more focus on your priorities.
- Think the best and get the best. Don't be lazy, worried, and feared. Have faith to achieve your goals, think and work on them with a positive attitude.
- Stop your worry habit. Worrying too much is a habit, and habits can be changed. Have a belief as mentioned #1, decide to stop your worries, change your negative self-talk, and replace your worry thoughts with positive and more significant life goals.
- Pray for guidance for your problems. Keep your calmness in front of problems, write them down on paper and try to find possible solutions, do not rush for solutions. Pray for guidance.
- Pray your Creator for healing your disease.
- Learn to deal with negative emotions. Fear, resentment, and anger are the source of mental and emotional disorders. Furthermore, they may cause serious health problems, know how to control them correctly.
- Feed your mind with positive thoughts. Think positively and dream about good ideas at least about yourself, see yourself in the best shape in everything. Visualization leads to actualization.
- Do not overload everything into your shoulder. Do not make things complicated, practice to be calm and relaxed. Correct your attitude to people and your work, improve your knowledge, work on your plans.
