Ask often yourself the question "Is this essential right now?". This question makes us think about what we are doing at that moment. If it is useful the question encourages us to work harder on it, otherwise it helps us to stop doing it and shift to do something useful.
Most of the time we may spend our time useless things that never benefit us or works against us in long term. If we can shift our activity to the important things we can benefit a lot and use our time productively.
Change the question or add key words that can tackle to your heart and mind.
Is this important for me right now?
Is this essential to worry about it right now?
Is this important for my health right now?
