How to Have Inner Peace in a Heart

Calmness and contentment come when we have inner peace in our hearts. We can build this ability by understanding the situation consciously and practicing certain methods. Here, I listed some of my thoughts and exercises on how to have build inner peace.

    1. Remember the death, it is ultimate to everyone. One day every one of us will depart from this world. Do you think your problems are bigger than this day? So be thankful, calm down, and do good whatever you can.

    2. Yesterday is gone, what will happen tomorrow is unknown, today is only our life in the present. So enjoy your life fully, be thankful, and content enough for everything.

    3. Don't worry or feel sorry for the things around you. Accept them as they are and extract the juice out of them. Our life is too short to be sorry and worried.

    4. Forgive and forget the evil or bad things that happened with people. Soon whatever we have argued on with each other stays behind us.

    5. Be honest and be fair. Although it is difficult to handle it, trustworthy makes our heart pure and sound.

    6. Hasten what is good for you, stay away from the laziness, worry, and scare. Work hard, improve yourself by acquiring knowledge, and learning a new skill. Your knowledge and skills open up new opportunities and make your life easier.

    7. Pray your Creator, by this your heart will have a feeling of peace and comfort. Do good to people and be nice toward them.

    8. Stay away from doing evil, wrongdoing, and creating problems for people. At the end of the day, those all bad you've done may return to yourself.

    9. Do your best and leave the remaining to your Creator. Have the belief that He will take care of you and your all affairs.

    10. Have a strong positive belief in your Creator. Don't be hopeless or depressed, believe tomorrow we'll be all right.

    11. Accept obstacles or problems as a chance for your improvement, consider that they are just trails for you and others around you to identify the actual face of all of us.
