Self-improvement practices

   Here, I share some of the practices to improve oneself to become more energetic and have a feeling of fulfillment and a positive vision for tomorrow. These practices are not new, and you may well know about them. Reminding them to ourselves regularly helps us to step forward to the practice. Applying the practices into life is a process. Focus on the process that is performing your daily task and working hard on it. Ultimately, the results will follow you.
  1. Set goals. Purify your intention and have the right goals,  find out your "why", focus on your priorities and keep track your progress toward the goals.
  2. Rise early. Get up early and start working on your top priorities
  3. Pray. Pray on time and regularly.
  4. Exercise. Do exercise, engage some active sports, it provides health, energy, sound feeling, and better shape of your body.
  5. Eat properly. Know what, when, and how much to eat. What you are consuming impacts on your body, health, and feelings massively in both the short and long term period.
  6. Read more. Read every day, read books that can improve your intelligence and the field of expertise. Reading teaches us thinking clearly, how to solve the problems well, and the ways to increase our creativity.
  7. Be grateful. Practice being genuinely thankful for everything. Be grateful to your Creator, to people, and for everything that reached or not reached to you.
  8. Work hard and smart. Do your work, don't be lazy, just put another small step toward your goal.
  9. Expertise. Have your field of expertise, always read and write about it, practice with it in order to become stronger on your domain.
  10. Honesty. Be sincere and honest with yourself and with others as well.
  11. Avoid distractions. Stay away from distractions, improper usage of media like TV, SNS, the news, etc. may work against you. 
  12. Write. Write every day about your goals, action plans, lessons, summaries, hints, etc.
  13. Reflect. Reflect on everything, think deeply, contemplate your actions and results.
  14. Rest. Sleep enough to recover your body, take a rest timely from your main work to refresh your mind and get the energy to step forward again.
  15. Travel. Traveling and new experiences boost good feeling and refresh the mind.
  16. Care. Take good a care your parents and family, educate your children, teach the right manners to them.
  17. Attitude. Have the right attitude toward the people, work, and actions.
  18. Relationship. Build a good relationship with people.
  19. Help. Support people in good, help them, give them from your money, time, knowledge or whatever you can share with them.
  20. Wealth. Never spend more than you earn. Save a part your money always. Take care your every dollar, try to increase it to benefit yourself and people around you.
