The book is informative and inspiring. I am an introvert type by character and most of the ideas in this book made a lot of sense to me. Extroverts can also benefit from it by learning some exceptional skills of introverts. I highly recommend to read it. Here are some of my lessons from this book.
- Introvert type people are calm, shy, and thin-skinned that sensitive to outside factors. They like to be alone. By being alone, they recharge themselves. They prefer to read or write books, or do their thinking job alone. Socializing or spending time with people is not their favorite. However, they are comfortable with their close friends or family members and can go deep-talks with them for long hours.
- Extrovert type people are loud, somehow confident, and hard-skinned that less sensitive to outside factors. They are comfortable socializing with people, and it gives them energy and stimulus.
- Solitude or being alone is a place for a revelation of ideas. For introverts, staying focused on something for long hours in isolation is not a big deal. Therefore, it gives them the advantage of working in the areas of thinking, problem-solving, and creative activities that require continuous deep focus.
- Assigning tasks such as thinking or analyzing detail-oriented problems to introverts can be a wise decision in teamwork.
- Introverts and extroverts think and work differently, and both have their role in life. Thus know who you are, and act according to it. If you are needed to become the opposite type, manage your mental resources efficiently.
- Introverts can learn extrovert type skills and can play an extrovert role when it is needed. However, they need to recharge themselves and get enough energy when it is needed like staying alone for a while or going out for some time. If you are required to become an opposite type, manage your energy correctly.
And you will find more interesting ideas in this book. I highly recommend reading the book.
Thank you for reading!
